Code U0210 means lost communication between the central control unit and the brake system module B (ABS/ESP) via the CAN bus. The most common causes are damaged wiring, corroded connectors, or a faulty brake module. Due to the impact on driving safety, immediate diagnosis at an authorized service center or workshop with a professional CAN-capable scanner is recommended.

Symptoms

Illuminated ABS, ESP/ESC, or parking brake warning light on the dashboard. Deactivation of ABS and Electronic Stability Program (ESP/ESC). Possible entry into limp mode. Increased stopping distance in emergency situations. Lack of system response to steering or braking inputs in adverse conditions. Possible flickering of dashboard warning lights.
