You pay for a mobile laboratory, a PDF report and measurements with Autel, PicoScope and CEM DT5302 equipment — with travel up to 30 km included. We do not perform cheap fault code erasure. We diagnose the root cause, HV system safety and real cost risk before purchase or repair.

Price depends on the model, measurement scope and distance. We confirm the final amount before the visit.

Do you have a hybrid (HEV)? AVILOO in the Premium package will not work — the BMS does not allow full pack discharge. Choose HEV battery diagnostics (from 450 PLN) or the Extended HV Audit — both options correctly read SOH from the BMS without full discharge.

Full Service Catalogue

Fault code erasure is performed after reading and saving the current diagnostic state. Erasure is not a repair — codes that return after clearing require further root-cause diagnostics.

The scope of available diagnostic functions depends on the manufacturer brand, model, year, drivetrain type and the type of operation being performed. This applies especially to newer vehicles, but the final scope of access always depends on the specific car and required procedure. Access to manufacturer diagnostic systems (SGW, SFD, RMI), paid tokens and online authorisation are not included in the base diagnostic price and are quoted separately. HybSpec currently has access to the diagnostic systems of selected brands. Before accepting a job we check whether the vehicle requires manufacturer access and whether the required procedure is possible within the available tools.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is included in the pre-purchase audit package price?+

The price includes travel within Łódź, the full range of measurements described in the package, and a PDF report with results and a recommendation. There are no hidden fees or extra charges for equipment use.

Do you issue VAT invoices?+

Of course. We are a legally operating company (part of the Cybersolus group). We issue full VAT invoices for all audit and diagnostic services, which is a great option for fleets and B2B dealerships.

How much does travel outside Łódź cost?+

Travel within Łódź is included in selected packages. In the Łódź Voivodeship the cost is 2 PLN/km one way from the centre of Łódź. Pre-purchase audits, HV battery tests (AVILOO) and Chinese EV/PHEV diagnostics are also available across Poland — travel costs outside the Łódź Voivodeship are agreed individually. Write to us — we'll find a solution.

Can I send a listing, VIN or report from another city first?+

Yes. That's a good first step for a remote purchase. Based on the listing, VIN, screenshots and materials from previous diagnostics, we can qualify the case and say whether a full audit is worth organising and what measurement scope will be needed.

Can I order just the AVILOO test without a full audit?+

Yes. The certified AVILOO SOH test is available as a standalone service (from 750 PLN). If you're only interested in the condition of the traction battery — e.g. when selling a car or for your own knowledge — you don't need to order a full audit package.

How much does travel to Warsaw or another large city cost?+

We perform premium audits and HV battery tests nationwide, so travel costs to Warsaw are agreed individually. For larger orders (audit + insulation test + AVILOO), the travel cost is usually very reasonable relative to the diagnostic value. Write to us — we'll find a solution.
